Sophie Edwards

Sophie Anne Edwards is a community arts animator with 4elements Living Arts, a multi-discipline arts organisation on Manitoulin Island working with schools and communities. Her visual arts artistic practice includes painting and land-based installation mixed-media work. She has exhibited extensively in group and solo shows around the province, winning many awards, as well as curated numerous shows through 4elements. She is also an award-winning writer. Sophie has been supported by the Ontario Arts Council through Emerging Artist, Artist in Education, and Arts Project grants.
